Elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 populariser le yoga Iyengar en Am\u00e9rique et elle a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la cr\u00e9ation du <em>Restorative Yoga<\/em>, un yoga doux, bas\u00e9 sur les asanas de style Iyengar.&nbsp; Le principe est que le support permet \u00e0 l\u2019organisme d\u2019\u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9 naturellement, lib\u00e9rant la tension musculaire et le stress profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>Restorative Yoga<\/em>  est reconnu pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 activer le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique, qui est stimul\u00e9 lorsque nous nous d\u00e9tendons dans les poses. Il active une r\u00e9ponse de relaxation et une r\u00e9duction du stress dans notre corps et favorise un \u00e9tat de soin et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une caract\u00e9ristique cl\u00e9 du <em>Restorative Yoga <\/em>est l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;accessoires tels que des blocs, des traversins ou des couvertures pour que vous soyez confortablement soutenu dans les poses. Cela nous permet de rester dans les poses statiques, \u00ab&nbsp;passives&nbsp;\u00bb plus longtemps sans exercer ni fatiguer nos muscles. Elle permet aussi de se sentir \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise et soutenu, de \u00ab s&rsquo;adoucir \u00bb et de l\u00e2cher prise. C&rsquo;est un yoga tr\u00e8s relaxant au rythme lent de nature m\u00e9ditative qui permet une exp\u00e9rience de calme physique et de lib\u00e9ration des tensions profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9es dans le corps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>Restorative Yoga <\/em>aide \u00e0 combattre les effets physiques et mentaux du stress quotidien et soulage les maux courants tels que les maux de t\u00eate, les maux de dos, le stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <em> <\/em><strong> Autres bienfaits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9tend profond\u00e9ment le corps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calme l&rsquo;esprit, et l&rsquo;\u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9quilibre le syst\u00e8me nerveux et immunitaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 de sommeil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am\u00e9liore la digestion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous recherchez une relaxation intense du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit, vous pouvez envisager le  <em>Restorative Yoga<\/em>.
