Ce suivi suite \u00e0 l\u2019atelier permet de soutenir et approfondir les principes appris lors l\u2019atelier et d\u2019incorporer une approche int\u00e9grale et une pratique p\u00e9renne pour amener un ensemble de d\u00e9licieuses pratiques pour servir notre centre pleinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yoga Somatique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis form\u00e9e et certifi\u00e9e par des professeurs et th\u00e9rapeutes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et renomm\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats Unis et en Europe en th\u00e9rapies somatiques depuis 2020 et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Les approches sensibles au traumatismes sont tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques entre autre pour des personnes qui souffrent des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et stresse chronique ou de burn-out. Il s&rsquo;agit des approches holistiques avec des pratiques douces et introspectives, tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9gler les probl\u00e8mes du syst\u00e8me nerveux et rendre accessible des ressources internes. Les postures et pratiques sont simples et am\u00e9liorent la conscience corporelle et le ressenti int\u00e9rieur tout en restant ancrer et soutenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restorative Yoga <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En fran\u00e7ais yoga r\u00e9parateur, r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kristaboggs.fr\/yoga\/restorative-yoga\/\">http:\/\/kristaboggs.fr\/yoga\/restorative-yoga\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>Restorative Yoga<\/em> est reconnu pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 activer le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique, qui est stimul\u00e9 lorsque nous nous d\u00e9tendons dans les poses. Il active une r\u00e9ponse de relaxation profonde et une r\u00e9duction du stress dans notre corps et favorise un \u00e9tat de soin et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.
