J\u2019ai grandi avec une pratique de yoga et de m\u00e9ditation aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Je suis aussi dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en chor\u00e9graphie\/danse par la facult\u00e9 de Bard Coll\u00e8ge, \u00e0 New-York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photographe de m\u00e9tier, ma pratique du yoga m\u2019a toujours aid\u00e9 dans les situations difficiles (Missions en Iraq, Syrie, Alg\u00e9rie, Afrique Centrale) afin de rester calme et ancr\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 des contextes complexes et \u00e9prouvants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis enseignante de yoga, certifi\u00e9e depuis 2015, avec plus de 600 heures de formation. Je suis form\u00e9e par des th\u00e9rapeutes\/enseignants de yoga aux \u00c9tats-Unis dans des techniques th\u00e9rapeutiques adapt\u00e9es au yoga pour r\u00e9pondre aux probl\u00e8mes d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de stress passager ou chronique. Elles aident aussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des ressources en soi pour mieux affronter les al\u00e9as de la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai aussi une exp\u00e9rience de plus de 8 ans aupr\u00e8s des adolescents et \u00e9tudiants en tant qu\u2019enseignante d\u2019anglais dans divers \u00e9tablissements (coll\u00e8ges, lyc\u00e9es, IUT), aupr\u00e8s desquels j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des exercices de posture et respiration, inspir\u00e9 de yoga pour les aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress, \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer leurs examens et retrouver confiance pour oser s\u2019exprimer devant les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai aussi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 des exercices int\u00e9grant mes comp\u00e9tences transversales afin d&rsquo;aider mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00ab&nbsp;dys&nbsp;\u00bb  \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer leurs apprentissages et \u00e9valuations en anglais.
